Green Metal USA ships to customers in the United States from specific distribution centers located in the United States. We may make provisions for out of country sales at our discretion. All goods and services provided by Green Metal USA are 100% guaranteed for your satisfaction. In order to return your purchase for the fullest refund possible, please read and follow all of the terms below.
The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report the fault by writing (preferably by email or fax) within 48 hours of receipt. Damaged goods must be returned to Green Metal USA within 14 days of receipt.
Accidental damage, neglect or misuse of items will not be acceptable for return. Items damaged during shipping will be dealt with through the shipper and Green Metal USA is held in no way responsible for the actions and methods of any shipping service. Customers that have modified, removed or altered shipped items in any way will automatically void their warranty
Incorrectly supplied products must be returned unused and in an unaltered condition in their original packaging to receive the fullest refund possible.
The customer shall pay any return shipping costs involved in a return where the goods supplied are as requested and are not faulty.
Please note: There is a 15% re-stocking fee for the return of any items to Green Metal USA or their distribution center.
